These terms describe orders for Morrow’s retail pieces and custom inscription rings.
1. Made-to-order pieces
Each ring is made after an order is accepted. The approved inscription, US ring size, 925 silver material, and Antique finish form the production specification.
2. Ring size and inscription accuracy
Please use the US ring-size guide and check every inscription and delivery detail before payment. A customer-selected incorrect size or incorrect inscription does not qualify for a free remake or resizing. Any possible rework requires prior written confirmation and a separate quote.
3. Price and payment
Product prices are shown in SGD for the selected variation or custom design. Singapore delivery is SGD 13 per order. No GST is charged during the current pilot. The total shown at checkout is paid in one Stripe payment.
4. Production and delivery
Custom ring production takes 11 working days; transport, packaging, and final delivery take additional time. Retail and custom pieces in the same order ship together in one parcel once every item is ready. No delivery date is guaranteed at checkout. Your order page shows the latest status.
5. Defects and statutory rights
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact Morrow with order details and photographs for review. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Wear, accidental damage, and a customer-selected size or inscription error are not manufacturing defects.
6. Contact and changes
For questions about an order or these terms, use the contact channel published on the Morrow website. The version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order; updated versions apply to future orders.
