This notice explains the information Morrow needs to process, take payment for, and deliver your order.
1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, inscription, ring size, order status, campaign parameters, and payment references needed to process your order. Stripe handles payment details; Morrow does not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
We use this information to save your design, create and fulfil your order, contact you about your order when needed, provide private order access, prevent duplicate orders, and understand which campaign links create visits or orders.
3. Service providers
We share only the information needed with payment, hosting, database, delivery, and production providers to operate the service and fulfil orders.
4. Choices and rights
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information subject to records we must keep. We handle these requests in accordance with applicable Singapore PDPA requirements.
5. Campaign tracking
Invitation links may contain UTM campaign parameters, which we may store with an order. With your permission, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel record page visits to help us understand website traffic and campaigns. They may use cookies and receive your IP address and browser information. We do not send order details or customer contact information through these tags. You can change your choice using Analytics settings. No person’s full name should be placed in a UTM value.
